In June 2023, a team of the Beart & Gibson Group, led by Dr. Shelly U. Amos (Regional Director, for West Africa) and Esv. Ashen Musa Jacob (Nominee for Beart & Gibson Group, North Central Zone, Nigeria) met with the representatives of Jos University Teaching Hospital (JUTH), Dr. Njem Mina (Chairman, Management Advisory Committee and Deputy Chief Medical Director of JUTH) and Dr. Nanklin Lamu (Deputy Chairman, Management Advisory Committee and Member, Federal Medical Center Keffi, Nigeria).
As one of the few Federal Government Teaching Hospital, the Hospital covers the entire Middle Belt of Nigeria (over 6 States) and provides specialised medical services for the entire country.
Together, we aim to combine our expertise in technology and healthcare to drive innovation and make a significant impact on the healthcare landscape in Jos, Nigeria. By leveraging the hospital’s clinical knowledge and our technological prowess, we will work collaboratively to develop cutting-edge solutions, streamline processes, and enhance patient care. Main areas of Beart & Gibson Group investments and expertise will potentially cover the electricity power supply, security and face recognition, redevelopment of several facilities, and making hospital more accessible to the underprivileged.
