Beart & Gibson Group official visit in Gambia, Day 3

On the 3d day of my official visit in Gambia, together with Dr Shelley Amos, the Group’s Western Africa Regional Director, Mr Modou Sanneh, and Mr Alhaji Kebba Bah, the Group’s local Gambian partners, we had extensive meetings with Minister of Trade of the Republic of Gambia, Mr Baboucarr Ousmaila Joof, and his Deputy Permanent Secretary, Mr Hassan Serign Gaye, then with the Bank Governor of Central Bank of Gambia, Mr Buah Saidy, and with the Chief Executive Officer of Gambia Investment and Export Promotion Agency, Mr Ousainou Senghore to discuss potential investments in the country.
These meetings were an important first step in exploring potential investments opportunities in a new market. Meeting the key government officials and business leaders gave us a valuable insight into the economic landscape of Gambia, including regulatory frameworks, market trends and potential business opportunities.

Investing in a new market can be a complex and challenging process, but we are positive that with the right strategy and approach, it can be a great opportunity for growth and expansion of both parties.
